Tremors

Hi I have for around 10 years a slight tremor in my left hand. Had it checked and told it is essential tremor. I also experinece fascuations in my calf which have noot really worried me. Things got worse about a year ago and i has a brain scan and was told my brain was 'prestine' the neurologists words not mind. However about two moths ago my tremor has got worse and the fasculations are really bad. my legs burn a lot and the left side of my body feels week. i'm getting pins and needles in my left foot and my left leg also shakes a bit. This is like what i had a year ago only worse. I;m pretty worried I have Parkinsons. i get intermittently really tired to but tend to pick up after a short nap or coffee. Also intermittent headaches which tend to be really bad and cause a bit of dizziness. I have an appointment with my GP but looking at me physically i look fine.....Any ideas....

You should have your Vitamin B12 checked also. Deficiency can mimic other Neuro diseases. Symptoms are tremors, tingling extremities, weakness. Check your Vitamin D3 and magnesium also.

If your low B12 and have severe symptoms, injections are needed

Yes I'm seeing doctor this week. Previously they ask me to do some strength tests touch my noes tap my feet watch me walk etc and they all look fine. Im sure they still are. Last time I had to really push for the scan and neurologist referral. I'm going through hyper vigilance at the moment which I'm sure is making me worse. Thanks for the response

Have you considered getting a 2nd opinion from a neurologist who specializes in essential tremor or in Parkinson's?
