Trigeminal neuralgia?

Please can someone help? I’m desperate. I used to drink very heavy and then stopped for a long time. Then for the last 10 years I was drinking moderately. I then stopped to look after my mum. That was 3 years ago. I started getting shooting pains up and down the left side of my head which was diagnosed as trigeminal neuralgia by a neurologist who then discharged me. The pain seems to be spreading and I now have nystagmus and tachardiya. I’m worried because this pain seems to be going straight down the middle of my head aswell as the side. Is this a normal tn symptom? Worrying so much I’m feeling sick too.
