Twitching and pain

Hi - would be grateful to know if anyone's experiences are similar to mine:
46 year old man
Last 18 months have had a lot of muscle twitching ("fasciculation" as was noted during EMG). calves, but sometimes arms, cheeks, eyelids
Also have muscle pain, generally in legs but can be in the arms.
Occasionally feel like my head is "full" or slight motion sensation.
During this 18 months I've been able to get fitter - yesterday ran 5k in a respectable 22.5 minutes.
Have had the following tests:
Emg, nerve conduction tests: Normal
Motor evoked potential (brain to feet) and visual evoked potentials: Normal
18 months back had mri of brain and full spine: normal
Brain mri and c-spine mri was repeated last month: normal.
So on the face of it great results.  Only thing they ever found was an antic voltage gated potassium channel antibody which was tested twice last year and in the abnormal range.  Was tested again this month and was normal.  Other blood work was normal (e.g. Lyme).
Please, has anybody on the forum experience these symptoms with these test outcomes?
I'm aware that I look, and appear, normal.
