Undiagnosed problem

I was diagnosed with POTS a few months ago but then recently I started having new symptoms that I really feel are relayed to my brain. I will list all of my new symptoms and please of there's anyone with ideas please feel free to post.


Constant pressure behind eyes
Headache
Neck pain and stiffness
Constant dizziness
Lightheaded
Ear pain that comes and goes
Ear ringing that comes and goes
One sided weakness (usually my left but has been on my right)
Chest pain and pressure that comes and goes
Fatigue
POTS
Vibrating feeling at various places in body
Tingling at various places in body
Flank pain that comes and goes
Feeling "sick" comes and goes
Shortness of breath
Memory loss (short term and long term)
Cognitive impairment
Visual disturbances
Loss of coordination
Balance difficulties
hearing loss/ muffled hearing

Also, I did have a clean CT scan a few weeks ago.

I'm new to this group but I have some similar things going on since last april. This is horrible for me and I know for you too.
