Vertigo - 8 months, emotional vertigo? please help with advise!

In July I had my first child
On Sept 25 - I had some stress and when went to bed my head started spinning and next morning I woke up with vertigo and now it is 6 months that it doesn't improve.
Vertigo is 'inner' - so when I move my eyes from one spot to another - it moves in a slower way, or when I walk it seems like I have wrong glasses. And it never disappears - it is 24 hours - doesn't get worse or better.
BTW, I can easily drive car, read book, and walk straight!
I had blood test - Hemoglobin is high,
TSH is OK
it is not related with vessels in my neck - checked and was OK as well.
I did MRI of my head on Nov - and everything was fine there too!
In Dec - some new symptoms occurred - numbness in my right hand and leg, numbness and goosebumps on my head skin and left part of my face.
From January - I have headaches - one point starts to feel pain and then goosebumps go over my face. and other kind of 'point' headaches.
My VitD is low but in normal range.
CRP is very low- so it is good.
Two neurologists told that my neurological status is Normal!!

Then I've been advised to check Vit B12 and it is 225 - so again within normal range - but very low.

I still breastfeed my baby and do not sleep very well at night - but I wouldn't think this cause all my problems.

Doctors claim this is anxiety, depression, sleep problems - but I do not feel better from that:-)
My vertigo is my problem and I cannot normally live now.

Do you have any clue and advise will be highly appreciated!
