Vibrating feeling in brain / vertigo

Throughout the years I've gotten this sensation in the middle of my head where it feels like it's vibrating, similar to the vibrating feeling you get when your arm or leg falls asleep, only in the middle of my brain and more intense. It is also accompanied by vertigo where everything starts spinning one direction. It lasts less than 5 seconds and doesn't happen very often. It happens maybe twice a year but I also went around 2 years without one happening until recently. It also only happens in the morning, usually when I've been staring down at my phone with my neck bent for a while.

The most recent one I had was the worst though, I woke up, moved my neck and got a bit dizzy so I decided to sit up and a minute later got the same vertigo/vibrating feeling only this one lasted around 30 seconds. I'm pretty certain I was dealing with BPPV at the time which might explain that episode but not explain the other occurrences I've had over the years.

I'm 20 years old and have been dealing with anxiety and stress for a while too. I'd greatly appreciate any insight on this issue or if anyone else has anything similar to this.
