Vision disturbances after driving

Okay, so I am a 21 year old female.
For the past year I've had weird visual disturbances. It happens after I stop the car and I'm sitting or standing stationary. It's almost as if my brain thinks I'm still moving. What I see is almost like the images getting distorted and making a tunnel like shape in my central vision so it looks like I'm still moving.

Usually I don't notice too much, but today I mowed the grass on the riding lawn mower and when I got off I couldn't do anything but close my eyes or I would be sick.

It goes away within 15 minutes or so. But I'm just really worried about why this is happening. Does anyone have any suggestions?

A very similar thing just started happening to me, but only after long car rides, 30 minutes or so.  It lasts for the same amount of time and i also get 'holes' in the central periphery, areas just outside of center that don't focus.  They appear in different places within my field of vision and slowly resolve after I sit still for 10-15 minutes.
