Vision problems lack of coordination, ie walking, head feels like it is space, walking feels like dizziness

I had a MRI done, and these are the results,Vasculitis should be considered. Several punctate foci of increased T2 signal some within the subcortical white matter,one near the occipital horn of the left lateral ventricle, and the list goes n the on, what do I have, I have a appointment in two weeks from now, and I really am having trouble with this, moslty my vision is awful, along with my walking, they also said a possilbe consideration would be a metastatic process...

I am now having more vision problems, when I walk I get unsteady.  And my faraway vision is not clear, and I am thinking that the dizziness/unsteadiness is coming from my left eye, that is the one eye I am experiencing my problems..

Hey I am having visual symtoms as well. Nothing can be found with the eyes... I was wondering what kind of symptoms you had. Im considering doing another MRI.
