Weakness in left side of face

For the last month or so I keep feeling the right side of my face weaker than the left side. I don't really know how this started but I also feel a small pain in back of my neck, the area where the head connects with the neck. It feels really strange like I can't smile or raise my eyebrows but I can, I can smile properly and raise my eyebrows fine. I also have this feeling in my right nostril, I should probably say that I am 18 years old and I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and the doctor and many other doctors I went to said that pain I fell in the back of my head is because of this. Can you help me with telling me what I could be and if I should go see a doctor?
