Weird evolving symptoms?

I am new to this forum so I apologize in advance if i make mistakes. I am a 34 year old male who has been experienced strange evolving symptoms for the last two years. This started with frequent respiratory infections then pneumonia ( which was first thought to be lung cancer, turned out to be a granuloma), then two shingles outbreaks, and four oral thrush infections, all within a year, specifically last year. This year has been all neurological symptoms. It started with a buzzing feeling in my feet intermittently. This became more and more frequent until it was constant. In April it rose up my legs to my waist. I was admitted to the hospital for testing. I will discuss test results below. After discharge from the hospital the buzzing/tingling feeling moved around periodically to my hands, feet, legs, lips, and upper abdomen. In addition I now have muscle twitches mostly on my right side which started off intermittent and now is happening every 1-3 seconds of every waking minute of my day. They are mostly in my right calf but can happen anywhere in my body including hands, abdomen, feet, legs, face, back, arms, ect. They sometimes cause my body to jerk.
Here are my tests results:

Nerve conduction and EMG: normal

Labs: Normal with the exception of positive Mycoplasma pneumonia IGG and IGM twice ( April and July) and slightly elevated CK enzyme twice (April 212 and July 231)

Imaging:
MRI of brain: normal
MRI of spine (April) showed several issues including a lesion in cauda equina, and a large collection of fluid going through most of the thoracic spine consistent with Leptomeningitis. Also showed several bulging discs in all levels of spine with some spinal stenosis and neuroforaminal stenosis. This test was done shortly after a spinal tap.
Repeat MRI of spine (July) Lesion and collection of fluid resolved. This MRI only showed bulging discs and central canal stenosis. This worse bulge is in c5-c6 level in which it appears to be pushing up against my spinal cord.

All other tests normal.

My current symptoms are:
numbness/tingling/buzzing/vibrating feeling mostly in my feet and hands occasionally in my lips and upper abdomen
Muscle twitching constantly mostly in right calf but can happen anywhere in body sometimes in groups
Extreme fatigue
Trouble sleeping due to twitching and jerking
Trouble getting words out correctly
Brain fog and memory issues
Skin sores that don't heal
Chronic respiratory infections
Low grade fever 98.9F - 100.9F
Occasional muscle aches and spasms
Weight loss
Watery eyes
Blurry vision in right eye
Trouble hearing in right ear

I am told I possibly have benign fasciculation syndrome and that my spinal issues could not cause these symptoms. I am also told that mycoplasma pneumonia could not cause this and I cannot get a clear answer on why I am still showing positive IGM (which indicates recent exposure) would be positive twice in a span of 3 months. I have been to my primary doctor too many times to count, neurologists, pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, ect. I have a second opinion with a neurologist later this month, a natreopathic doc in September, and a sleep test in October. I am concerned something is seriously wrong and it is just manifesting slowly and steadily. I was told by Neuro he could give me medication for twitching but its highly sedative and not conducive to working. I have missed so much work I had to get Medical Leave intermittently so I don't lose my job.My questions are: should I be concerned about the serious stuff like Lyme, MS, or ALS? This is not getting better its getting worse. Are the docs missing some big clue? Is this going to continually get worse? Could this be chronic Lyme?

Hi!
Hyper-responsive reflexes or hyperreflexia is usually due to injury or compression of the spinal cord and is seen below the level of injury or compression. It can also be the side effect of certain medications and can occur in conditions like electrolyte imbalance, hyperthyroidism, brain trauma and serotonin syndrome.
So these causes should be looked into. The bulge at C5-6 could be responsible and should be managed with physiotherapy, traction, and cervical collars.
Use a hard bed to sleep. Avoid a pillow. Roll a towel and place it under your neck while sleeping on the back and between head and shoulder when lying on the side. Initially this will be uncomfortable but with time the acupressure will work. Use an analgesic cream or spray. Anti-inflammatory drugs  and muscle relaxants also help. Also, you must improve your posture while sitting and working.
The symptoms could also be due to drugs, alcohol, smoking, lack of sleep, poor sleep patterns, stress and fatigue. They can be seen in peripheral neuropathies of diabetes, in hyperthyroidism, parasomnia, multiple sclerosis, TIAs or transient ischemic attacks or mini strokes, hypoglycemia, disorders of calcium metabolism, hyperparathyroidism etc. Certain epilepsies too could be the cause. Consult an internal medicine specialist or your PCP. Discuss these possibilities with your doctor.  A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. You will need blood sugar monitoring, MRI of brain and cervical spine, T3, T4, TSH, sleep studies, serum electrolytes, brain EEG, etc to reach a diagnosis. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

Sorry two more things:
I had a weird episode driving home from the hospital where my hands lips and abdomen went numb my hands went stiff in a weird claw like appearance and I could not speak correctly like I was drunk. I could not remember my ABC's past the letter P and repeated the ABC song the entire way home. I was scared to death. I also experienced severe spinal headaches for 10 days after the spinal tap.

Since all this I had 4 serial B12 injections and started a vitamin regime including an all natural multi-vitamin and D3 and B12 supplements. None of which helped. I also had several courses of antibiotics over the last two years again which did not help.
