Weird symptoms

Hi, I am a 29 year old and about 8 months ago started having some weird symptoms. I’ve had many blood work and MRI as well as Ct and everything comes back normal. The only thing is I have herniated disks in my C-spine. My symptoms are I hear  “sizzling” noise going down my neck I’ve brought it up so many times and they look at me like I’m crazy. I have constant ringing in my ear, jaw pain, neck pain, shoulder blade pain. I also get electric pain in my tongue, my mouth feels like it’s on fire. One of my pupils is a bit more dia later than the other. To all this I’m being told it’s just anxiety it has been 8 months of this HELL. I feel so alone
