Weird things happening to me!!!!!

Hello everyone. I'm looking to see if anyone has any idea what could be wrong with me or if they have experienced anything like I have..... So about 2 months ago I as at work amd I randomly had a very bad panic attack, I had to have my boss call the ambulance bc I had no idea what was happening to me. I've never had any anxiety issues until that day. Ever since then I get random spells of dizziness, random headaches, random patches of goosebumps on my left arm, and I feel like there is something wrong with my memory. I feel like I can't remember anything and at times I feel so confused. I suffer from bad anxiety now ever since that one day. I can't get any doctor to prescribe me Any meds to help with it. But that's besides the point. I just wanna know if anybody out there is going through anything like I am. I also noticed that about 2 weeks the top of my rigjt leg went numb. It's been numb since. I went to the dr and he said it could be Minnie strokes or Minnie seizures. I was referred to a neurologist but I dont have insurance at the time and I can't afford to pay out of pocket. If tjere is anyone out there that has any idea what could be happening pls give me some insight!!!!
