What do these muscle biopsy results mean?

Had muscle biopsy but can't see Dr for awhile.  Report says:
Myopathic changes
Chronic neurogenic atrophy
Type 2 atrophy
only rare pyknotic nuclear clumps
muscle shows extensive fatty infiltration
There is a fiber size variation attribution to predominately polygonal atrophic fibers occurring singly and in small groups
fraction of myofibers with increased subsarcolemmal staining but no target fibers
few microfibers with slightly increased subsarcolemmal staining and increased internal granularity
few myofibers with increased peripheral staining
minimally increased lipid content
40 to 60% ratio of the 1 to 2 fibers with rare small groups of the minority fiber type and also minimal element of type 2 fiber atrophy

Any insight is appreciated!!!!
