What does my mri mean?

Mri lumbar post fax right hip oct 2017 with orifices. Cont to have pain right pelvis  
    
Indication: Lumbar Disc Degeneration, low back pain, right leg pain  
    
Technique: Lumbar spine MRI without IV contrast is presented  . Multiplanar,  
multisequence images are presented.  
    
Comparison: None  
    
Findings:  
Spinal alignment : Minimal retrolisthesis L1 on L2, L2 on L3, and L3 on L4.  
Mild lumbar dextrocurvature..  
Vertebral body heights: Preserved without compression deformity.  
Intervertebral disk space heights: L1-L2 and L2-L3 disc space height loss.  
Minimal disc space height loss with disc desiccation L3-L4 and L4-L5 as well as  
L5-S1.  
The conus ends at the T12-L1 level.  
Bone marrow: Hematopoetic marrow signal changes of the osseous structures.  L5  
vertebral body 9.8 mm T1 and T2 signal hypointense lesion with mild STIR  
hyperintensity is nonspecific and has mild STIR hyperintensity.  
Paraspinal structures: No paraspinal mass or atrophy.,
