What does this MRI MEAN

I got my results n don't understand them  my doctor is away for 11 days  I had a thoracic c spine MRI  my results are:
1.  C3/4 there is a small central focal disc protrusion n mild left-sided facet joint osteoarthritis
2.  C4/5 there is a small central osteochondral bar n minimal left facet joint osteoarthritis
3.  C5/6 modern size unconvertebral joint osteophytes are noted bilaterally here is moderate left n mild to moderate right foraminal stenosis. There is a mild left facet joint enlargement
4.  C6/7 there is a mild diffuse osteochondral bar with a small left para central focal disc protrusion  small unconvertebral joint osteophytes are noted with mild left greater than right foraminal stenosis
5.  C7/T1 there  us a minimal diffuse disc bulging
6.  T1/2 there is a tiny central focal disc protrusion without mass effect upon the cord
7.  One or 2 vertebral body hemangiomas are seen within the upper thoracic spine  here is a hemangioma within ghetto left fifth rib posteriorly. No soft tissue masses are seen
There us relatively mild degenerative disc disease n left facet join osteoarthritis in the cervical spine this is most prominent at c5/6 where ther is left greater than the right foraminal stenosis. Also noted in c6/7

What does all this mean???????

What it means is that you have some areas of concern that are causing your pain.  There is no disc herniation (rupture) but several bulging discs and some tightening (stenosis/stricture/closing) of the foramen.  Also seen is osteoarthritis in your cervical (neck) spine.
