What to do about these headaches

So I've had iih for 2 months but I have just been told my papilledema has gone. I have lost 2 stone of weight and I did stop having headaches bit they came back. Milder but in neck behind eyes. I have told gp and Nero ophemoligist but no one seems concerned about them. I'm just scared it will all come back what could they be? Are they just headaches of should I be worried. I'm not having my eyes looked at again for 6 months so I'm very scared.

Hey, I think that is great that you have lost some weight and it is helping many things. I hope that continues.  We have a group here of people that chat about losing weight, give ideas, things to eat and support each other. Want the link? It's a community here at medhelp.  Would love to see you there!

You know, once you have an uncomfortable experience that repeats it is normal to have anxiety around it.  I don't blame you for being scared for it to return.  Did they think you had a migraine? that can often hurt behind the eyes. Did they give you any advice if you feel it happening again.  Often things like that have a bit of a sign before it really happens. When I got migraines, I would get a tingly head which is hard to explain but it always was followed by the mind numbing migraine.

Hi sorry for late reply well I have asked and asked all specialists and still no answers or vague answers. I am a migraine sufferer and these headaches were milder however I have been increasing my exercise and so far headaches with preasure and eye pain are getting less. I still don't know much but I've been told my eye checks are now 6 monthly and if papilledema remains gone ill go into remission. As I didn't have any sight symptoms before I'm not sure what to watch for but losing weight and exercising seems to have improved everything including my migraines
