My whey protein powder destroyed me

hello, I'm a 17 year old male and I recently started to use a whey protein supplement. My first contact with it was around April 10 and I had been taking it for about 5+ weeks. After a month of drinking 1,5 scoop post-workout shakes my symptoms appeared...I had a long sleepless night with my heart racing like crazy, my mouth dry as hell and my whole body moving without my permission ( like spasms or twitching)...everytime I was about to fall asleep, my leg was kicking on its own, awaking me up...I had these symptoms ( heart palpitations, thirst, nausea, restless legs, insomnia, nervousness-agitation, depression, muscle spams- toned muscles) for about a month...now, for the last two weeks, only insomnia (3-6 hours of disrupted and bad quality sleep), heart palpitations and muscle spasms are still present...also it is important to note that some days i wake up with one leg or/and one arm completely numb and on one of these days i also experienced auditory hallucinations 5-10 minutes after waking up....here is the label of the protein powder i took...I think that the MSG(referred to as hydrolysed whey protein isolate on the label) is the culprit...I have read a bunch of articles stating that it is an excitotoxin and can cause Glutamate-Gaba imbalance....i've also notice that when I eat foods high in glutamic acid (chicken, eggs, tomatoes, etc) my situation becomes worse...how long will it take for my system to get it out of there and make me a normal person again? is there a way to flush it out faster?

Hi geogee, I have the same symptoms after using whey protein powder for a while. Did you get better or have any updates on your condition?

also, i think it is important to note that one of my kidneys is way smaller than the other...could this be the cause of my system delay to flush it out?
