What's causing my Optic Nerve Edema?

5 weeks ago, I went to my optometrist who found I had some inflammation in my eyes. I wasn't too worried as I have Psoriatic Arthritis, so I figured some form of inflammation would be normal for me. She sent me straight away to a retina specialist. The retina specialist found that I actually have Optic Nerve Edema in both eyes, and sent me to have a STAT MRI & MRV. The scans showed an arachnoid cyst (I've had since I was an infant - caused by meningitis), and a sinus cyst. The doctor said besides the two cysts, everything looked normal. I now have to have a Lumbar Puncture to measure my CSF.
5 years ago, when I had my son, I had an epidural which caused a CSF leak, and I ended up having to have a blood patch. My ophthalmologist mentioned he thinks I have Intracranial Hypertension that's causing the swelling? Would a previous blood patch cause IH?
I meet with the Neuro-Ophthalmologist tomorrow. I'm worried sick. Any insight is much appreciated!

I'm 30 years old, 5'8 and 180 pounds - not incredibly overweight... But possibly enough overweight to cause IH?
