Whats the meaning of “ischemic gliosis”

My mother is60 years old and in the answer of her MRI is written  “there are white matter signal abdormalities scattered in both centrum semiovale which have punctuate configuration and based on fasekus scoringgrade I and suggests aged-related white matter changes. HOWEVER CORRELATION WITH CLINICAL EXAM TO R/O ISCHEMIC GLIOSIS RECOMMENDED.” And in conclusion ((every thing is normal)) is written. We have met her dr also and he told every thing is good. But my question is about that part which is written about ischemic gliosis and I dont understand its meaning . Must my mother does another test or it means somethingelse. I’mwaiting
