Wht does my pain from a concussion increase and not go away?

Ok so I have had close to the whole chart in symptoms of a concussion 7 months post impact. I was recovering at a fairly normal pace until about 3/4 weeks into recovery when pain worse than when I had the initial headache from trauma. Keep in mind at that point I was a healthy 15 year old boy that was extremely active. Well anyway the pain that had returned from nowhere was increasing gradually for about one and a half months until the pain was so intense I had to go to the ER at 1am. The things that also returned during that like 4 week span of recovery was extremely intense ear ringing which is now diagnosed central tinnitus. That earring has persisted until now this veery moment as in writing this. I also have concentration and focus problems now that I have never experienced before. I personally feel my mental capacity and working memory in terms of active problem solving and such degrade to a point of needing to change and drop out of classes I could once handle.
All of those symptoms have carried on with what seemed to be normal and clean MRI and Cat scan imaging. The only problems diagnosed from those scans where said to be prenatal. I don't personally bealive thst cause i had a small amount of atrophy on the right lobe, the same area that sustained the blow that caused this concussion. I have also had multiple previous head trauma that I now know to be concussions. Another footnote, just to give out as much info that might be helpful to anyone reading this is that I've been playing full contact football since I was eight years old I am now a sophomore in high school and have played two incomplete seasons both cut short from concussions I also sustained a concussion my freshman year from football.

To who ever just read through slop from my symptoms and problems I thank you so so much, I am just desperate for answers anything really good or bad I just need to know. Again thank you for your time and patience, have a good day
