Why Do I Get A Random Shock On The Left Side Of My Head?

I've been getting these random shocks for about 3-4 years now. I had gone to the doctor for it as well and had an MRI of my head but nothing seemed to be wrong. It doesn't happen very frequently though but when it does it tends to happen more when I'm doing a psychical activity or move my head very fast but it can happen at anytime. What happens is I feel a zap, like a rubber band snapping or like a part of my brain was pulled. Then I feel like a hot sensation. Sometimes even my jaw goes numb. One time my whole mouth went numb including my tongue. It does go away between 1-2 minutes though. It really makes me nervous when it happens. Please if anyone has ever felt this or knows what this is please tell me I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
