Why i have major photophobia and headaches ?

Hello I have a major problem which disabling me from normal life. Since 3 moths I have huge photophobia. When I looking on something slightly brighter  I see an imprint of light which looks like small red dots. This appearing in the total darkness too. Next thing, when I opening my eyes wide I have pressure phosphenes around my vision. Earlier this was happening only when I pressed my eye or when I was forcing to see left or right. Another thing – when I I look at phone or computer (now I don’t look at it at all) even with blue light filter on smallest amount of brightness I have severe eye socket pain and headache like somebody stabbing my brain and eye socket with needle. I only going out with double sunglasses and even then when I’m too long outside my vision becoming blur on next week. My BFEP went crazy . Before that I was only seeing sparks on good light conditions and they was small now it’s everywhere and it’s not transparent. I also have stiff neck and sometimes feeling of swelling neck. Sometimes I feel that I sweat too much. In the evening I see a central transparent scotoma. That all started with lockdown. I have been on pc/phone all day and suddenly I saw a big Blue field enoptic phenomenon spark in the dark. In that time I have started to take pramolan on my mild anxieties - it happened on the 16 day since I have taking this drug, after that I stopped to take this. I have been to 5 ophthalmologists - Slit lamp/OCT/Visual field test was fine. I only had not treated astigmatism -0.5 and – 0,75. I have been to 2 neurologist too and had MR which showed that everything was good. Other test was carotid Doppler morphology and Lyme test for igg and igm. Im helpless please. Even guess will mean much to me I will check it. Sorry for my English.
David
