Why is clear liquid coming out of my nose?
I got up to make something to eat and i was cutting up my food and clear liquid started dripping out of my left nostril. I do not suffer from headaches only small headaches before and during my period. Im scared im leaking brain fluid!!!
It is probably not. :>)) What about post nasal drip? What were you cutting up? Did it have a strong odor (what you were cutting up)?
Anyway, if it happens again, I'd go to your doctor. It is really hard to tell spinal fluid from other fluid that might come out of your nose. But they can test it. A swab tells them. So, this would be worth doing if it happens again. Hang in there!
