In December of 2020 I had bilateral jaw surgery. After a couple months of recovery, I noticed that my lower right lip, chin, and the skin over my right cheekbone were all experiencing some form of numbness. From almost complete loss of sensation with my lip and cheek, to tingling with my chin. I knew that nerve damage was possible for my lip and chin, but could this surgery have also damaged other nerves? This might be unrelated, but for about the same amount of time, I have been having hearing troubles due to fluid buildup as my right Eustachian tube is not opening and closing properly. Are these all related?
