With a chronic subdural hematoma, Is head pressure a normal symptom during healing?

Hi. I hit my head in mid April. Onset of CSDH symptoms 2 weeks later. Based on MRI -Neurosurgeon allowed a wait and watch approach as i had no neurological impairment. Follow up CT about 10 days later indicated no enlargement..Doc advised we could follow up in about 6 wks with another CT and see how things look then. Symptoms have gradually improved with a lot of rest, avoiding exertion. Headaches have pretty much gone away. Main thing now is a sensation of fullness or congestion in the ears, and moderate to high internal head pressure.  This can come on strong and then totally disappear for hours. It's rather random, but seems related to any stress or blood pressure elevation.  There's basically no medication for this condition other than time, as far as I can determine... we did an initial round of corticosteroids which seemed to help.  Guess main question is whether this pressure symptom is to be expected and should it gradually subside in the course of the healing process.  Anything I can do /take that might accelerate healing?  - Thank you very much!
