acoustic neuroma surgery

My grandmother is 65 years old.She was diagnosed with a tumor on acoustic nerve.She has undergone surgery to remove that tumor.She again got operated within 24 hours of surgery to remove a clot in brain.Now after 4 days also she is still unconsious.She was on ventilator initially but now she can breathe,move her legs wen pinched and do tongue and jaw movement too.It appears she is listening to us as we keep comunicating with her But she has not opened her eyes post surgery.Rest all the organs are working(in layman terms).Please tell me is she recovering?Is is a good rate? I am extremely worried.Please reply.I love her a lot.Your advice would be valuable.
