Experiencing weird symptoms - what could it be?

So I have been experiencing some weird symptoms lately that I'm currently getting evaluated by a neurologist. I've been getting progressive numbness in my arms and upper legs (on both sides equally.) My skin kinda feels greasy and loose, and this has lasted for a few weeks now. I went to the ER and they saw I have multiple bone spurs in my neck and also diagnosed me with cervical radiculopathy. However the numbness concerns me because with the loose skin, it also feels squishy and like I'm losing muscle mass.

This has happened once before but it went away and my muscles went back to normal for a while, but looks like it's chronic this time.

I should mention I also have hashimotos hypothyroidism. What do you think this could be?

The neurologist wants to do another MRI of my neck and brain.

Forgot to mention my neurologist did an EMG and said my nerves appear normal and I'm also still able to handle my bowels and maintain an erection although it's numb down there as well. So not sure what's going on.
