bright spot

I have a little spot in the peripheral vision of my right eye that when I blink it looks like a camera flash has just gone off. It is not straight into my eye, it is to an angle off to the right. When I am in an area with low light I do not see it. I do not have blurred vision it just looks like a little grey spot and I can see through it. It started two days ago it hasn’t gotten worse or better, it seems to be in the three O’clock position. What could it be? I have not had any camera’s flashing, the only exposure was the day it happen I was playing with my niece and nephew as the sun was setting and caught a glimpse of really bright light through my glasses to that eye as I went to pick up a ball.

I have the same issue, have had it for about two months now, no one seems to be able to explain what it is. It's always there when im opening my eyes/blinking, mine is upper left side though.
