Hi,

These symptoms could be due to migraine. Migraine can cause one sided headache, body weakness and visual symptoms.
I would suggest you to discuss this possibility with your doctor and get a clinical evaluation done.
Thanks

Hi,

Anxiolytic medications like Effexor sometimes cause side effects like what you have described. Please consult the doctor who has prescribed this medicine to you and ask for alternatives.

Please do not worry. Do get back if you have any queries.
