Hi,

Your problem seems to be quite incapacitating, it is possible you may have to undergo surgery. In Delhi VIMHANS and AIIMS have a good orthopedic faculty .

Since the operation can be risky shall i avoid it. But I feel very much exhausted at the end of the day, negative thoughts came to my mind. If i leave it and only take medicines what complications will be there in the coming time? Can it be paralysis?  Or nothing will happen if I learnt to live with pain.
I have left the job and searching a new one. But I am not able to decide whether i can render the job responsibilities well with this condition.

Hi,

How are you?
It is very difficult to tell without examination if clavicle surgery is required or not. However since your symptoms are continuing it is definitely an option.
Please consult an experienced orthopaedician about it.
As far as back pain goes it is better if you can control your symptoms by conservative treatment alone like bed rest, physical therapy under supervision and cold packs. If the symptoms still bother you surgery remains the only option.

That time I had the 8 shaped bandage. But that time doctor didn't pay attention to clavicle fracture. After some time it healed but when i started exessive travelling by bike both the prolems started emerging and i had to leave the marketing job and preferred a sitting job at less salary. But now sitting for a long time also hurts.
No i hadn't undergone any surgery. Can surgery help now?
For lower back should i undergo surgery as one of the doctors at aiims told me that the operation will not be complicated one.

Hi,

How are you?
It seems that your fracture clavicle has not healed even after so many years. What treatment did you take for the fracture?
Did you undergo surgical treatment? A displaced fracture has to be corrected by surgery.
I would suggest you to undergo an X ray or a CT scan of the neck to find out the exact cause of nerve compression which is causing pain and numbness.
Pain in the lower back and ankle can be due to minimal nerve compression due to disc herniation at L5-S1.
I would suggest you to do some back exercises, take rest, apply cold packs to the affected part and take OTC pain killers. If your problem persists please consult a neurologist.
