Terrible headache, dizziness and ringing in ears when lying down on my stomach

Hey there,

I am a 22 year old female who according to my doctor suffers from Asthma and Supraventricular Tachycardia (I say according to my doctor because he seems like he has no idea what he's doing with his career). I also suffer from really really bad migraines.

I have been experiencing headaches, dizziness, strange vision. and extreme ringing in ears when lying down on my stomach. It feels like I am almost about to pass out. As soon as I lay on my back, it all gradually goes down and I go back to normal. I have no idea what this may be, could you help?

Thank you!
