cramp? down left hand side

hi,
I woke this morning got the children up and having breakfast got back into bed for a 5 min stretch but got what i can only describe as cramp from behind my left ear down my neck along the top of my shoulder and down the left hand side of my body. I was literally in agony managed to roll out of bed to the bathroom sweating and was sick. i could feel my vision starting to blur and knew i was about to loose conciseness so lay on the landing floor i think i may have lost conciseness for a minute or two. It all happened so fast I think my arm felt slightly numb but as it happened so fast and was so painful i cannot be 100% certainly of this. I went back to bed after seeing the children up feeling completely drained and have just woke up not 5 hours later and have a headache only on the left hand side.
im hoping that this was all just extreme cramp but but would like someone else s thoughts.
Im 30 years old female dont  really exercise a great deal slim build eat reasonably well etc.

Jen you need to make an appointment to see your doctor.they will be able to tell you if it is just syncope or if you are having something more serious taking place. This is just an example, when I have a seizure my vision acts up and then all I want to do is sleep when I come to. Please keep in mind that is only an example an I am by no means saying what you are suffering from are seizures.

I take right around 1200 mg of benfotiamine a day for nerve pain I was taking Pamelor but it cost me to have tachycardia so I weaned myself off of it and started taking benfotiamine what I'm wondering is there any known side effects I think I have leaky gut  and I'm wondering if the benfotiamine  could have caused this I recently developed an allergy to milk and possibly Gluten  and I'm wondering if there's any relationship I guess what I'm really asking is does anybody think that this medication could've caused the leaky gut?
