difficulty while writting

i have too much difficulty while writing. i feel as if i have to get ready my mind every moment i write. but my typing speed is about 50-60 wpm. sometimes i feel slight tremours in the right hand from wrist to fingers. i am not able to write even a line or two. when i concentrate on the hand,pen and paper then i can write with a speed of 5-6words per minute. but if i withdraw concentration my hand turns slightly anywhere it feels comfort and the writing gets messy. also there is a lot of pain in hand after i write even 10-15 words. i have to give too much tension to my hand to wirte even a line. i dont know whats the problem. please help if u can.

Have you seen a Neurologist at all?  

I would recommend the above if not done as well as brain imaging and an assessment to rule out Parkinson's Disease.
