do i just suffer from migraines?

I have suffered from headaches since a very young age even to the extent at the age of about 12  sitting in front of my doctor crying unable to hold my head up and not being able to see. my doctor has always blamed different things. I am now 23 and i get headaches a lot sometimes they can be really bad. It cant be smoking because i only started at 20, i have recently started to eat healthy and has cut out bad foods, also when i am not stressed and im at my happiest I can still get a migraine, so I have ruled out any of these being triggers. I can get light headed sometimes, and I have a pressure all over my head which forces me to bend my head down, It is worse when i first get up and walk into the bathroom. I get a lot of symptoms when an headache?? is coming on ... i stutter, i feel weak, sick etc. also after ive had a bad head i turn depressed and angry, my whole attitude changes and I can be unbearable. I also have a problem with my ears where every now and then certain noises make my head start and make me angry. all my doctor has done is stuck me on migraine medications, he has never sent me for tests and I don't know if these pills are doing me any good. I know there is a lot I have written but i seriously have no answers to what my problem is and i have given up with my doctor he does not listen and he makes me feel crazy. I am hoping someone can help. please.
Thank you. x

The very fact that you've had this since childhood tells me it's migraines.

Hi,
you have been very helpfull at least you have listend to me and not treated me like a child or like im over reacting. I have a feeling it will be something to do with my ears as when i was younger i had a burst ear drum. The pressure comes and goes and it can feel like swelling around my whole head and it is very tender to touch .. my partner kissed the side of my head yesterday and it really hurt. How do i check the pressure of my ears and head? If i need medical help to do this I will definately need to change doctors first as mine will not listen.
Thank you soooooooo much. x

Hmmm...
First of all,i saw that you are female, who really needs help, then I was about to answer. :) Just kidding.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Boris Milanovic, I am coming from Serbia, from town called Novi Sad.One of biggest in Eastern Europe.
I have lot of medical experience ,with pain ,addiction and neurological stuff.
First,I have noticed that this pain that you have,is slightly connected with ear problem that you have. And I would notice that you have migraine since early ages.So... I think, the problem you have,is ones that you get when you were born.Something went wrong.BUT this is what I get, from my rich experience.I was student of medicine for some time, then I quit, now I am an IT Specialist for Network.
THE PROBLEM is ,I think, inside of your head. So called "BRAIN PRESSURE" ... You should get an CT picture of your head to ensure that everything is O.K . Then, you should check pressure between those three tiny little bones inside your ears.IT IS VERY IMPORTANT ,believe me.
I had many of those cases, even my sister has it,with chronic pain in head.
DO NOT THINK it is something that is NOT SO IMPORTANT!!!
It can be... Ughh many thing...So check pressure inside your head. The pressure that press's your brain ,and check pressure inside your ears. It's very important.
I hope ,this was helpful.
If you wanna,I we can chat about it and I am here for you. :)
I know how it is to have chronic pain, believe me,and how annoying can it be!
Anyway, add me as a friend if you find this helpful. :)

Everything best, and greetings from EASTERN EUROPE
SERBIA,
Boris Milanovic.
