Does your heart rate increase rapidly when you're upright ? If these episodes persist I would suggest seeing a neurologist . Dysautonomia disorders , like POTS or cardiovagal dysfunction can be assessed.
I get extreme dizzy every so often as well. Maybe like 4 times this past year. Last 3 months none, but occassionally light headedness. Like the top of head is heavy. I do have ETD which my ent said cud be a cause.. (inner ear) but when these attacks hit me, it puts me in bed unable to get up without assistance for 3 days as a usual. My reg dr said vertigo. Not sure about that either. I haven't been to a neuro, but if anothr severe attack hits, I will def be going to see one.
Hope u get answers soon. My neighbor, in her 80s, also had bleeding on her brain. After several mri they concluded it had stopped and told her all was now ok..
