help whit the simptoms

i hope same one can help me understend what i have, i had   kind of electrical sensations they run trhough my body  i can feel them even some times i walking , needle sensations on mi spine on brain,  cold sensations and all my body all this simptoms they can be rrealy strong enough that i'm so tired of this, i hope some can give some dirrection of what can have o where to look , i lost the job and mi husbend to, but i rrealy i hope i can found out what is this and got med to control this i got a lot test  doctor said inconclusive, God bless every one

i already had b12  did not help, dr said on the MR white maters on the brain size of the grain of the rice ,like 12,no diabetes,no lime disease, no fibromialgia, i had memory problems,
