leg vibrations with head movement

Hello,
Hope someone can give me some advice. I am a 24 year old male 5'10" 155lbs. About 5 days ago I started getting a vibration feeling in my left leg when I would pitch my head forward (looking towards my feet). Also on the same day I would get pretty dizzy, to the point that I would need to hold on to something to not fall over. The dizziness/vertigo seems to have subsided but I do seem to feel a bit dizzy if I make sudden movements with my head (could be in my mind though). I had just recovered from a ear infections weeks ago so it might have just been coincidence that it happened at the same time, however, the vibrations in my leg remain, my leg doesn't spasm or anything just a vibrating feeling. 2 years ago I was involved in a pretty bad work accident  where a fairly large and heavy part hit me under the chin and broke my jaw in 3 places (I'm lucky I wasn't standing over it anymore than I was). Is this likely to be a vertebrae damage surfacing from that incident? What steps do I need to go about getting it checked. workers comp will pay the bill if the doc says it's likely to related to the accident.

Thanks in advance,
Jonathan
