I also cannot sit Indian style for very long. I've had that problem since I was 15, it hurts my knees which also have the same problem as yours where they lock up and pop excessively, some days I can barely walk at all and others they're just fine. I'm now 18 and it just keeps getting worse. If nothing else u know ur not alone. I've been to the doctor and they just tell me that "there appears to be nothing wrong with you physically" even on bad days :/ Idk what to do either.

Have you looked into autonomic nervous system disorders? I'd be willing to bet you have a case of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome or orthostatic hypotension!

I'm so sorry to hear about all your problems. I'm 39 female & i have had some of the problems u have i have had some of them for years. I know exactly what you mean when you tell the Dr. & they can't fine anything wrong. then you get depressed cuz u know there is something wrong but not sure where to turn. I'm in pain everyday. it has also went around the Dr. office that I'm just a pain pill junkie & I'm not!!! sometimes i wish the Dr. could be in my shoes & see what i feel... Hang in there & know you aren't alone
