morning stiffness with Myasthenia Gravis

I have had two EMGs and my doctor thinks that I have MG.  I have weak muscles.  Although I do feel fatigued at the end of the day, and my voice is very hoarse in the evenings, I have the worst time in the morning when I wake up.  I am extremely stiff and my whole body aches all over.  I have trouble doing basic things like making breakfast etc...I was first diagnosed with EBV since all three tiers of the antibody tests were positive.  When I did not get better, I was diagnosed with CFS.  Months later, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.  I have progressively gotten weaker and weaker.  I used to be an avid runner and full of energy.  I suspect Lyme Disease but the ELISA test was negative.  I had a bite that looked just like the Lyme bite about three and a half years ago.  I have been going downhill ever since. Other symptoms I have are extreme hair thinning, shooting pains, back spasms, painless but constant muscle twitching, neck pain. I am also very forgetful.  I was also told by my doc that I have spastic reflexes.  I am a military wife living in Germany.  My husband is currently deployed and I have three children at home.  I am trying to figure this all out and will appreciate any advice you can give.  I have been trying to find out what is wrong with my for the past two and a half years.  I was a marathon runner and now I have trouble getting out of bed.
