Hi,

How are you?
Your symptoms seem to be due to excessive nervousness and anxiety. Other cause can be thyroid dysfunction and high fever.
Hyperthyroidism can cause heat intolerance and shaking of body and tremors.
Please get yourself evaluated by your family doctor at your earliest.
Take care!
