nerves pains

hi sir i am rakesh, age 28
1, i dont know weather is it because of over masturbating or not, but next day after doing so im getting headache that to very high pain( most commonly back and sides of my head) and some times i feel vomiting sensation,  
2, and my neck nerves pains and shoulder nerves as well.
3, and from past month im having stomach upset frequently, getting loose motions, and pain in sides of my stomach(mainly left side), and having gas trouble food is also not getting digested i can see leaves and tomato skin in my toilet commode.  
4, some times i can feel my lover lip nerve beats, and my stomach moves according to the nerves beats. and when sit ideally i can feel my whole body is getting little movement like nerve beats.
5. i am masturbating from past 12 years, sometimes i used to masturbate 5 times a day(in age of 19-22)
6. in my left leg a nerve is bulged like varicose vain
at that time i used to get nerve pain in my lover back to leg, after couple of years shoulder pain is started, than later started getting headaches,
left hand is also pains when i work or during driving.
previously i consulted couple of doctors they have prescribed me for using some hypertension drugs, but i helps me for very little time.
