neurology case , need second openion please

Iam dr amro from hebron my father is consultant gynecology and he's a famous and very active dr he was work everyday even the holidays , he's 58 yrs old with T2DM on amaryl 4 mg since 10 yrs , surgery free , with NKDA 


At 9.10.2015 he felt some dizzness and vertigo while he was working , he catched the door for a moment then he contiued his work just , and he felt that he will fall to the right at the same day ,  

Next day 10.10 we went to some relative and we took lunch there at the 3rd floor with no lifts he was doing well just some dizznezz ,  at night i took him to the hospital for check up ,  ct done wass free 

Next day i went with him to his clinic he vomited so i decide  to do MRI for him which was at 6 pm 11.10.2015 and was nl the radiologist decide to give him contrast to rule out acustic neuroma because he told him he has tennitus in his rt heaf sice 4 yrs and mri was done and was free by dr hirbawi . 

At 10 pm of that day mom called me to see my father he was consiuos oriented but signs with hyperreflexia at rt side 

His bp was 240/130 

Went to our hospital they made ct was free next day mDe mri which revealled small stroke acute at rt medulla 

He has hyperreflexia rt side horsness of voice,  dysphagia 

Discharger from the hospital after 3 days , at home by days he become better his voice ,  but still ataxia no balance horner he can feel hot and cold things at right side while left Nl he want for physiotherapy withiut speech therpy his voice was very clear like before stroke he got better but not full recovery 50 % 

In january his voice started to get worse even ataxia increased with no balance 

I took him to hadassah mount scopos dr minor saw him and said hes welnberg syndrome and he will get better after 3 session rehabilitation my father got worse dr minor said go to dr leker ain karem 


Dr leker saw him and ge said this not related to stroke and we have to admit him but was holiday so i took him to amman they also said its not stroke 


They didnt reach to diagnosis i went back to hadassah ein karem18 days then discharge without diagno as i as 


They made 

Whole body ct wiyh contrast free 

Pet scan free 

Angio no vasculitis 

Made 5 time plasmapheresis no improvment  

Autoimmunoe lab all negative 

LP HIGH PROTEIN 850 NO CELLS 


Then discharge to see him after 3 month 



Now he has ataxia dysartheria progressive 


With no improvmnet  

Please help
