what causes toe curling cramps? I can also feel the pulling down my leg.

Also, HEALTHCHECKER, foot cramps are usually caused by being somewhat deficient in electrolytes, which are minerals like calcium, potassium, that sort of thing.  So, eat some extra foods that have lots of minerals in them, like bananas and other things, and you won't get those foot cramps, most likely.  GG

In my case I found the curling toe cramps come when my boules are not functioning enough or very little. I get leg cramps and belly aches . I take a middle called colon clean. If you take this make sure you drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
