pinky tremors

Not really sure if in right forum
i am 31 year old woman have experienced pinky and right hand tremors periodically , also really tired and now having joint pain ..Not sure what to do or who to go to ..can anyone help me?

...have u seen a dr....it could be something major and it could be nothing...stress, or maybe a mineral deficency....have ur levels checked ,labs for vitamins.....potassium, magnessium...and thyroid.


u should always consult ur dr...even before taking vitamins to be sure u r taking the right ones and right amounts!
ur dr will be ablr to tell if further testing is needed for pinched nerve ect...

Thanks for writing in.
Tremors can occur due to stress, anxiety, and sleep deprivation. Essential tremors occur in people who have a positive family history of tremors.
I would suggest you to just relax and make sure you get enough sleep. Hopefully these tremors will go away. If they persist please get yourself evaluated by your PCP. Take care!
