Have you seen a chiropractor? Seriously! I have had many of the same symptoms, and they went away when I started going to the chiropractor and also having massages done as well.

It could be that you have very bad anxiety as well. Anxiety CAN cause all of those symptoms.
For the elbow pain: Try doing  this exercise for a few weeks.
Twice a day should be good. Put your hand straight out in front of you ( keeping arm straight ). Point fingers towards ceiling. Take opposite hand and place it against palm side of the fingers that are pointing towards ceiling. Lightly pull back on the fingers until you feel a "pull" near elbow. Hold that for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, point the fingers towards floor, with palm of hand turned away from you. Using other hand, gently pull backwards until you feel the pull. Do this for 2 minutes. Do this exercise for 2 minutes in both directions twice, and do it twice a day as well.

For the heels:
Sounds like you have heel spurs. Use good insoles for now, and have doctor look at your feet as soon as possible. There is a small surgery that can fix this.
For the eyes:
It sounds like it could be ocular migraines. Ocular migraines do not always cause head pain! Sometimes it just affects the eyes and bridge of nose.
Try using a heating pad on the face. NEVER put ice on the face...even though it feels better for a short time!  I try to lay in a dark place when my ocular migraines come on. Yes, they can cause the double vision, tingling, numbness, etc. And it's almost impossible to sleep when you have one.
Most of the time when I get one ( which is more frequently now ) I have no idea of how much time has passed. I generally get them for 72 hours. I will lay in bed on Monday, and the next thing I know it's Wednesday...all I can recall is the pain. I do not take pain killers at all! I have ulcers so pain killers are out.
The rest of the symptoms sound like anxiety, simply because ( as you stated ) you have no idea what is wrong with you.
For that, you an take pills, or try meditation, yoga, etc.

Hope this helps to some degree.
