right side tingling in leg and arm

I am a 31 yo male and have been experiencing a tingling sentation on my right side.  I have noticed this happening in the past, but it seems to go away.  It has been significant over the last 24 hrs. I don't have complete numbness, but I can tell that the sensation on my right side is different from my left.  The tingling is worse when I am laying down (especially when trying to sleep) or sitting.  It seemed to start in my right leg, but has reached my right arm and I notice a tingling on my right upper lip and forehead.  I also noticed that my right index finger seems to ache along with the back of my leg aroung my ankle.  Can anyone clue me in on what I might be experiencing?

If the tingling is the only symptom, it could well be anxiety.  Because you have it in your face, arm and leg, it's unlikely to be from a pinched or compressed nerve, because that would be in only one of those places.  Have you been stressed out lately?

no history of nerve damage, no high blood pressure and not overweight.

Do you have any nerve damage? Any past trauma? Sounds neurological. If you have high blood pressure or are very overweight I would goto the ER as it could be a stroke. Give us a history maybe we can help.....hope you are alright.
