small foci in white matter
i am 46 years old woman. my MRI resul test is:
1- few small hypersignal T2W and FLAIR foci are seen in right hemisphere periventricular white matter. No SOL, mid line shift or hydrocephaly detected.
2- mucosal thickening is noted in ethmoidial air cells and sphenoid sinus.
other items were normal.
would you help me to know what is my disease? and what is small foci in periventricular white matter?
