Hi,

Very often the first sign of MS is difficulty in walking and pins and needles sensation followed by blurring of vision, facial pain, extreme fatigue and decline in the ability to think and slurred speech.
There is a possibility that these symptoms may be due to MS. It is very difficult to tell exactly without a thorough neurological examination and a CT scan or an MRI.
I would suggest you to schedule an appointment with  a neurologist and get it checked out.

Check Myesthenia Gravis forum and get some information about it.  Those are both symptoms of that disorder, but maybe you can find out more about it.  I hope that you are feeling better.  Good luck!
