sudden blurred vision in one eye, new adult acne, galactorhea, migraines

About 8 months ago, I picked up an additional job, making my total working hours about 100/week. I had a lack of sleep to say the least, so when I started getting headaches, my vision started getting a little blurry, and for the first time ever (at 20yrs) I suddenly had excessive acne, and was constantly tired, I assumed it was my work load. 5 months ago I cut myself down to 35 hours, and have thought my body was just making up for the lost sleep by ALWAYS being tired now. But now, 2 weeks ago, I discovered one breast is lactating. I have also had some trouble reading lately, misreading a good 10 words/page, but didn't read too much into it until I went to the DMV, and for the portion of the eye exam using just the right eye, I couldn't even guess at a single letter. Since then, I have noticed that eye getting worse, seemingly by the hour. When both are open, I can see fine, it is just reading that gives me an issue. In the last 5 months, there have also been 3 different periods of time when I got a migraine, which lasted nonstop for over a week. No medicine would help ease the severity. Oh, and every now and then, my depth perception will be off, so if I go to jump over something, I may fall right on it, miss a stair altogether, or overthrow garbage into the trash by a couple feet. It isn't "regular" but enough to notice that it is a pattern. I KNOW I need to see a doctor, but I am all alone, and have no insurance, and dont have taxes or pay-stubs required by the walk-in clinics (I am self-employed). Can someone help to point me into the right direction? I don't even know which type of doctor to see first (I have never been to one in this state). Would I go to an ob/gyn, because of the lactating and to check hormone levels; an optometrist for the eye; a dermatologist for acne...etc? I don't have the money or any type of a support system to go through a bunch of referrals, so I would like to skip a General practitioner if possible. PLEASE help, I'm so scared!

If you are in Reno you can look at the information at the link below. There are payment counselors who can help you get started. Just tell them that you don't know where to start and they will work with you to figure out the best options for you and your situation.

Remember to tell them that you are in need of immediate care.

Good luck and I'm sending you happy thoughts and positive energy.
