thoracic disc surgery

MRI showed rupture of thoracic disc between T10-11.  I have been having numbness in feet and buttocks area.  Looking for the best thoracic surgeon in the country.  I live in Houston Texas so the Medical Center is close to me.  Can anyone suggest a doctor  with thoracic disc experience with whom to consult?  Thank you.

IM Trying o find out info for an americian friend.Does anyone know any thoracic specialists in the Arizona region? Or how  can she find that out?

I noticed that you have aT11 prolapse with numbness in feet and buttocks, I have aT12 prolapse(I year now) and have been told by 2 neurosurgeons at the local hospital that Thoracic prolapse do not cause those symptoms(identical to yours but more weakness on right foot).Did you find this?I have since changed to onein the city and he has been great but he too says that is unusual for a T12 prolapse, Id be interested to hear your experiences

Mine is at T11.
I have done some research, but I have not talked to the
following experts yet:

Regis Haid, Atlanta
Pat Johnson, LA
